The Bubbles Series

I recently have become interested in a very simple shape:  the square.  I like the idea of doing interesting things with what is essentially a basic, common, boring shape.  I am especially interested in connecting the squares, small and big, into chains and groups.  The end result is almost effervescent!  Hence the series name -- the Bubble Series.
